The long version is corresponding to the Norwegian edition of the plan which was adopted in 2019. The short version is only quoting the objectives under each focus area, but not the sections on "achieving the objectives" as in the long version. Both documents contain a map of the Agder region - together with key data on population, unemployment and GDP. They also contain some notes with links to other plans, regional institutions and features, as well as to relevant information about Norway.
